Because of studing in university in Nanjing, the works are inspired by Nanjing's city flower, plum blossom, which blooms in winter and is beautiful, and in China it symbolizes the spirit of brave hardships. This is how I see Nanjing, which has experienced war and is scarred, but it has stood up with a tenacious will, full of vitality. When we make ceramics, we will have many failures, but with the spirit of never giving up， we will succeed.
