Concept of artwork 設計理念:

A modular ensemble that combines flexibility, functionality and simple elegance in the staging of food in top gastronomy. The chef is provided with new dimensions in the design of his creations. „Chapeau“ offers the opportunity of precisely orchestrating a sequence of Hors d‘oeuvre, entrées or dessert variations. The unveiling of the individual levels provides moments of surprise during the culinary experience.

The inner stacking edge is not just a simple decorative element, but also allows the parts to be arranged according to the menu sequence. The wide range of variations allows it to be used as a stand-alone plate, bowl or cloche and it can be stacked up to three levels to conceal small delicacies.
