In this study, porcelain is processed and altered by means of sandblasting. The main focus is on random and controlled manipulation of the visual appearance by free and masked sandblasting. The results range from delicate haptic surfaces to embossed reliefs and perforations. The tiles have up to 6 colored porcelain layers, which are exposed only by sandblasting. The richness of variants of this technique is shown by 36 wonderful individual tiles.
