Concept of artwork 設計理念:
My work was created from the process of experiencing loss. It deals the questions about life, the possibilities of ceramics, and making the record of the emotions. I use ritual methods to explore and talk about feelings of disappearance. The inspiration came from my own family albums. The photos let me think about the continuation and the retention of life, and trace back the memories. By combining the characteristics of the photography and ceramics, I make my abstract emotions transform to objects.

作品依循著攝影以及絹印的複製經驗，將逝去親人的遺影製作成絹版，並透過色粉穿過絹網的縫隙，複印在濕潤的泥漿上，照片也有如某種召喚儀式再次成像，像是對舊時光重新複寫，也透過每一次重複性的勞動加深了我們對記憶的刻畫，而在泥漿上的圖像，因為時間流逝以及自然因素隨著土收縮展生彎曲、分裂、破碎，甚至消失，進行對記憶本質難以捉摸、無法抓取的內省，希望能透過凝視消逝的過程,來喚起記憶的曾經存在,我使用未燒製的土作為影像的載體,並將這些經過時間摧化的殘片充新拼湊,或是將泥板上的影像嘗試完整括起,過程有如考古現場拿取遺址的僅慎勞動，然而撿拾碎片的時產生的二次碎裂、括起時產生的皺褶，都因材質性而展生了一種不可逆的視覺感，進而喚起我對於記憶甚至是生命短暫易逝的感受，這些殘缺不全的攝影片段，將隨著時間所持續產生質變、遺漏，然而這些閃爍的碎片卻給了我們記得的動力，也讓我們充新意識到它的可貴。
