This piece of installation art is a relaxing space for afternoon tea. Featuring metal openwork and ceramic grouting, the piece is arranged around a richly auspicious theme based on the royal poinciana and the peony—the city flowers of Tainan. The spatial arrangement is enhanced by the addition of several specially designed pastries full of culinary significance.
