Concept of artwork 設計理念:

運用”群峰雪霽”圖中滿罩白雪的峰巒及空闊的江面,轉化為果盤,以釉色呈現水墨淡雅的韻味,山底便是保冷劑,呼應荒寒靜寂的雪景,讓水果常保新鮮美味,更富涵深遠的禪意,果叉便是山脊上挺立的枯樹,置於案上便自是一幅風景,享用美味的當下,同時兼具味覺與視覺的享受。 To use the snow peaks and wide open river of "Snow Peaks Peaks" drawing turn into a fruit dish.The level of the mountain to show the charm of ink painting. Inside the mountain has cold agent, echoing the desolate silence of the snow. And also keep the fruit be fresh and delicious. There also rich of the implications of Zen. Fork is the standing withered trees on the ridge. Placed on the table of a landscape. When the moment you enjoying the food, both having the visual enjoyment.

使用說明:設計將山峰與果盤分離,讓注入保冷劑的山峰能獨立放置於冰箱預冷,節約冰箱中的空間,拿出後於盤子上擺放,能夠保持水果新鮮美味;底部的卡隼方便定位,讓山峰不任意滑動,經設計的位置點讓使用者可自由移動,變換喜愛的風景。 此作品獲得2017年國立故宮博物院第七屆國寶衍生商品設計競賽 家飾用品設計組 銅獎

这件作品赏心悦目,给人以味觉和视觉上的双重享受。

Aesthetics: This is a very beautiful body of work. I think this would be a very enjoyable decorative/functional work to use at a dinner party for fruit, vegetables, cheese. The trees that function as forks are lovely and they sit confidently onto of the snowy hills. Innovation: This is an inventive body of work which combines function and visual beauty. Concept: Good concept. I think there is still some development needed in the articulation of the concept, however, the work communicates its own use and concept clearly. Craftsmanship: Both ceramic and metal components are well made. I feel perhaps, the edges of the metal trees could be softened to offer a more comfortable user experience. Otherwise - this is a very good body of work.
